1. PROCEDURES AND TERMS OF FIELD RESERVATION 

  • Register an account by selecting "Register" to be able to proceed to field reservation
  • After registering, select 'Reservations'
  • Fill in the form according to the team name data
  • For new users, select 'Create New Team' and fill in your team name and select 'Select Team'
  • Select the field you want to reserve
  • Choose an available schedule
  • Check 'Locker' if your team wants to use the locker room with an additional fee to be paid cash at at Pancoran Soccer Field’ registration desk
  • Please read the information on the Booking Form page before proceeding to confirmation page
  • Fill in the coupon for discount if you own any
  • Double check all data and schedules before making a payment
  • Select virtual payment method and follow the payment procedure
  • The booking status can be checked on the My Account menu - Manage Booking
  • Download the field reservation invoice as proof of field use
  • Reservations that have been paid cannot be refunded unless there is a force majeure condition which results in the field being unusable
  • Schedule changes can be made by the Pancoran Soccer Field in case of unexpected conditions

2. TERMS OF USE OF THE FIELD

  • Field users are expected to arrive on time according to the time scheduled
  • Representatives of field users to meet PSF management to re-register in less than 15 minutes before using the field
  • In re-registration must submit KTP or similar identity card and
  • Field users are expected to leave the field for a predetermined duration
  • PSF does not provide and/or facilitate match equipment and supplies for user teams
  • For field users using Locker Room facility, duration usage follows the time of field use
  • PSF management does not provide ball facilities
  • PSF management does not provide a ball boy
  • Any damage to the PSF facility caused by user error is the responsibility of the field user (subject to a fine for facility damage)
